The Leadbelt Enduro is a 2-Day AMA sanctioned International Six Days Enduro Qualifier (LOI) event and a 2-Day Non-LOI Reliability Enduro meet that is co-sanctioned by the Blackjack Enduro Circuit (BJEC). The event will be held at beautiful St Joe ORV Park in Park Hills, MO (1 hour south of St Louis) approximately one mile west of the intersection of Missouri Hwy 67 South and Hwy 32 West. - Entry Informaton:
This is a pre-entry only event for LOI participants. There is a 300 rider limit per day. Non-LOI and BJEC entries may sign up the day of the event. Each day will be scored as a separate BJEC meet. Late LOI entries, if slots are available, may be accepted with additional late fees.

A $5 per vehicle gate fee will be collected for the weekend.Entries will be accepted between February 1 and April 4, 2009 or until the 300 rider limit is met. Rider start time will be determined by entry postmark starting February 1 and ending April 4. Row requests for Non-LOI and BJEC riders will be honored and staple entries together to ride on the same row. Your entry form must include the appropriate fees with a check or money order to be processed. Make checks payable to Missouri Mudders. Once your starting time is posted, ensuring you an entry into the meet, there will be no refund. Start times and riding numbers will be posted on www.blackjackenduro.com and www.momudders.com. The entry form will be posted by mid January 2009.
- Explanation of Rider Classifications:
LOI - Riders trying to qualify for the ISDE Team and have filed a Letter of Intent with the AMA.
Non-LOI and BJEC - Riders competing for fun and are not attempting to qualify for the ISDE.
Non-LOI and BJEC riders will be scored in BJEC classes and each day is a separate round of BJEC.
Skill Level - LOI is all one skill level. Within Non-LOI and BJEC there are AA, A, B and C skill levels.
AA runs the same time schedule as LOI and will be considered for the Overall. A is expert, B is Intermediate and C is for short course riders who will ride approximately 45 miles. BJEC Women and Youth will ride approximately 20 miles. - Rules and Requirements:
AMA/FIM Reliability Rules are in effect for this event. Rules and event information will be posted at sign up and available on line at the above web sites. LOI riders must follow the AMA qualification process. You must have an AMA card that is current through April 2009 to participate in this event. AMA memberships can be purchased on line from the AMA or at event sign up. Important Fuel Info: There will be one gas available for both loops near the start / finish line. Main gas will be at the start / finish line. You must be able to travel 28 miles on a tank of gas.
- Rider Start Times:
Rider start times will be posted each morning at sign up by 7:00 AM. Start times may be adjusted to close gaps in rider's start times due to no-shows, failing inspection, DNFs, etc. Riders' Meeting at 7:15AM each morning. Key time is 8:00 AM; first rider out at 8:01. Scoring: Transponders will be used for scoring Special Tests and some Checks. The transponders will be issued at sign up. A $20 deposit will be required at time of issue and $15 will be refunded to the rider upon return of the transponder to sign up.

Sunday, April 19, from 6:30-7:30 AM Tech Inspection: from 6:30-7:30 AMAbsolutely No Refund if your bike does not pass tech inspection. LOI riders must follow AMA qualification requirements with regard to motorcycle equipment. All motorcycles will be checked for:
Sound Test: 99dB @ 20 inches. BJEC sound stickers/cards accepted. LOI Riders will be required to meet 94dB @ 20 inches per AMA rules Spark Arrestor: must be US Forest Service Approved.
This is a closed loop meet and current license plate, lights, horn, mirrors are not required to compete in this event. Two-day and Saturday only riders are required to impound motorcycles after tech inspection on Friday. Sunday only riders are required to impound after tech inspection on Saturday. Non-LOI and BJEC riders that do not impound their bikes will receive penalty points. You must wear a helmet anytime you are riding your motorcycle. No exceptions! No pre-event riding of the course is permitted.
Update:The impound requirement has been eliminated for non-LOI riders. BJEC members wanting to be included in the Iron-Man Award must impound their bikes and the penalty for not impounding your bike is 1 point for each day for BJEC Iron Man recognition. Women and Youth are encouraged to ride Sunday as the ORV Park is included in the meet on Sunday. Saturday's meet is more terrain challenged.
- Awards:
An overall trophy will be awarded for the "LOI" or "AA" schedule rider with the lowest combined score of Friday and Sunday. An overall BJEC Iron Man Award will recognize the top performing BJEC rider over the two days. Gold and Silver awards (medals, trophies, or plaques) will be given based on rider class performance. Any rider finishing without houring out will receive a bronze award.
- Camping:
Primitive camping is available at the start/finish line Friday and Saturday nights. The park charges $11 per day for camping and the fee will be collected when you arrive. Additional primitive and electric hook up ($19/day) campsites are available at the park's main entrance 2 miles from the start.
